NJP-200 Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine 
A. Introduction
NJP-200 automatic capsule filling machine is used for filling the capsule of powder and granular drugs. It adopts multi-bore dosing, intermittent motion and frequency conversion. It can automatically complete capsule feeding, separating, filling, (waste capsule rejecting), capsule closing, finished product discharging and die cleaning.
B. Main Features
The inner design turret has been updated, and it is equipped with the linear bearing from Japan directly, so that it can be made sure to have a longer usage-life and precision.
The working station cam runs under the right lubricating condition, increases the pressure spray pump, maintains the lubrication of cam slot, reduce wear, and longer the service life of spare parts.
It adopts computer controller, has frequency conversion, an easy operation and clear appearance can be done by digital display.
The multi-bore dosing, which ensure the high precision dosage (it is controlled around ±3.5%); if user use good capsule, the capsule qualified rate can achieve ≥99%). The machine is used both for Chinese traditional medicine and the Western medicine.
It is equipped with safe protection device and automatic shutdown against the lack of materials. It works steadily and reliably; it works the best for the hard capsule filling.
